Receive a signal on vote

When you create a new BeOp content, for editorial or sponsored purpose, you're able to affect each vote to any of your pre-defined segments. Once this is done, the BeOp SDK emits a signal on pages to let you (as a publisher) or your partners (such as DMPs or CRMs) directly handle that signal and perform a first-party segmentation.
